HMCA Receives Gift of Pews from the Harpers Ferry-Bolivar Historic Town Foundation

The Halltown Memorial Chapel Association thanks the Harpers Ferry-Bolivar Historic Town Foundation for the generous gift of seven “half pews” for the restored Halltown Memorial Chapel. The pews originally resided in the First Zion Baptist Church in Harpers Ferry, an African-American church being restored by the Foundation. The design, construction and size of the pews are the perfect fit for the Chapel.
