Holiday Open House at the Halltown Memorial Chapel

The Halltown Memorial Chapel Association invites you to a Holiday Open House at the Halltown Memorial Chapel at 390 Halltown Road Harpers Ferry, WV this Saturday, Dec. 7th from 2:00-4:00 pm featuring the Morgan Academy Choir. Tour the restored Chapel, learn about plans to restore the adjacent Halltown African-American Free School and enjoy light refreshments. The ornament pictured in this post, inspired by the Edna Shelton memorial stained-glass window over the Chapel door and designed and crafted by local metalsmith Rose Mendez, will be for sale to support the restoration work.
